The fact that the Amazon downloader automatically adds the tracks to iTunes for me just makes using it so seamless. In addition, if I happen to get an Amazon gift card, I have the option for using it on things other than music. The only way I'd switch to an iTunes store download is if a track I wanted was cheaper there than on Amazon, and if a search engine or service doesn't check that already, I'm sure someone is working on it now.
