I played with it before, but never used it because of the reasons above! I get to them under Your Account -> Account Information -> Account Profiles; the link is directly underneath the link for "Name and Shipping Address". Maybe they're rolling it back out slowly though if you never had it? It just annoys me that I have to take time to <i>call</i> someone! How do you even make a profile? Netflix's support search will tell me what one is, but not how to create one. I read something that showed up after a google search that said Netflix was completely doing away with the profile option in September.
