I thought it was entertaining, but overly cheesy in a lot of places. Maybe it's the nostalgia for the "originals" (speaking of, I still need to get the set!). Maybe it's my intense hatred for Shia LeBeouf. Maybe it was the attempt at an X-Files-ish feel...I'm all for mystic secrets of the ancient world, but aliens? Come on! As for other movies, I'd put Iron Man as the kick-ass movie of the summer, possibly one of the best superhero movies ever. Of course The Dark Knight is still coming...
